Article 10. Prices of goods (works, services) produced and (or) sold by the registering authority for the state registration of rights to immovable property and the state technical inspection of buildings, structures and (or) their components of the Law On the State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property

     1. Activities related to the state registration of rights (encumbrances of rights) to immovable property, the entry into the information system of the legal cadastre of identification and technical information of buildings, structures and (or) their components for newly created immovable property, and the state technical inspection of buildings, structures and (or) their components belong to the state monopoly and are carried out by the registration authority for the location of the real estate object.

     2. Prices for goods (works, services) produced and (or) sold by the registering authority for state registration of rights to immovable property, including in an expedited manner, and state technical inspection of buildings, structures and (or) their components are established by a decision of the authorized body responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the State Corporation "Government for citizens", in coordination with the authorized body and the antimonopoly authority.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

     This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
