Article 10. Refusal to issue a permit The Law on Credit Bureaus and Formation of credit histories in the Republic of Kazakhstan
A refusal to issue a permit is made in the following cases::
1) carrying out a certain type of activity prohibited in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan for this category of subjects;
2) non-compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 8 of this Law and established by regulatory legal acts of the authorized body;
3) if the applicant has a court decision that has entered into force prohibiting him from engaging in this type of activity.;
4) failure by the credit bureau to comply with organizational, technical measures and technological requirements for the protection of software used in the formation and operation of information systems used to create a database of credit histories and means of protecting these information systems, established by a regulatory legal act of the authorized body.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 6, 2004 No. 573.
This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the formation of credit histories in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legal status of participants in the system of formation of credit histories and their use, regulates public relations related to the creation, implementation and termination of activities of credit bureaus, the specifics of state regulation, control and supervision in this area.
