Article 10. Rights of subjects Chapter 3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SUBJECTS OF the Law On Food Safety
Entities, in accordance with their activities, have the right:
1) timely receive reliable information on the sanitary-epidemiological and veterinary-sanitary condition of the territory and (or) the production facility and domestic trade facilities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) apply to state bodies for conducting examinations in order to ensure compliance with sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations, hygienic standards, technical regulations, regulatory documents in the field of food safety subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision, veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) rules and regulations, technical regulations, regulatory documents in the field of food safety, subject to veterinary and sanitary control and supervision;
3) take part in carrying out sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) and veterinary and sanitary measures in cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;
4) participate in the development of regulatory legal acts and technical regulations in the field of food safety in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) develop and approve standards of the organization that meet the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on food safety;
6) develop, implement and maintain procedures based on the principles of HACCP in the implementation of food production (manufacturing) processes related to the safety requirements of such products;
7) implement food quality and safety management systems;
8) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 8-1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
9) have other rights in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 301.
This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring food safety to protect human life and health, the legitimate interests of consumers and environmental protection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
