Article 10. State control and supervision of activities related to radioactive waste management of the Law on Radioactive Waste Management

     State control and supervision in the field of radioactive waste management is carried out in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Use of Atomic Energy".
