Article 10. State control in the field of soil protection The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Soil Protection   

      State control in the field of soil protection shall be conducted within the framework of state control over the use and protection of lands. 

On soil protection, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2026 No. 341-VIII SAM 

This Law regulates public relations in the field of soil protection and defines their legal, economic and organizational bases.
