1. Subjects of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan include:

1) physical culture and sports organizations: Olympic training centers, Olympic reserve training centers, sports federations, sports schools and sports clubs of all types, training centers, sports training centers, organizations that train national and regular national teams of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organizations that train teams of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital by type sports, sports leagues, sports sections, organizations that organize competitions in military-applied and service-applied sports, departmental sports societies and public associations, physical education centers that promote physical education and sports;

2) educational organizations that carry out activities in the field of physical culture and sports;

3) scientific organizations carrying out research in the field of physical culture and sports;

4) the authorized body in the field of physical culture and sports, local executive bodies;

5) Sports medicine organizations;

6) individuals engaged in physical education, athletes, collectives (sports teams), sports judges, coaches and other specialists in the field of physical education and sports.

7) The National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

8) National Paralympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) National Deaflympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

10) Special Olympics of Kazakhstan;

11) anti-doping organizations.

2. Physical culture and sports organizations participate in the organization of work on the development of physical culture and sports among various groups of the population, create conditions for the protection and promotion of the health of athletes and other persons participating in sports competitions and training events, provide athletes, coaches and specialists in the field of physical culture and sports with the necessary conditions for training.

3. Physical culture and sports organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be members of international sports organizations, acquire rights and bear responsibilities in accordance with the status of members of international sports organizations, if such rights and obligations do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Physical culture and sports organizations carry out the training process for the preparation of sports reserves and high-class athletes in accordance with national standards of sports training.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2014 No. 228-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of physical culture and sports, defines the legal, organizational, economic and social foundations for ensuring the activities and development of mass physical culture, amateur and professional sports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
