The tourist's compulsory insurance contract is terminated in the following cases::

1) expiration of the contract;

2) early termination of the contract;

3) the insurer makes an insurance payment (insurance payments) in the amount of the insured sum specified in the tourist's compulsory insurance contract.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2003 No. 513.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with compulsory tourist insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
