The education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a set of interacting:

1) state mandatory standards of education and educational programs that ensure the continuity of educational levels;

2) educational organizations, regardless of the types and types, that implement educational programs;

3) educational management bodies and related infrastructure, including educational, methodological and scientific support organizations that carry out educational monitoring;

4) associations of subjects of educational activity.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 No. 319-III.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
