Article 10. The main objectives of state regulation in the field of motor transport Chapter 2. State regulation in the field of motor transport of the Law on Motor Transport

      The main objectives of state regulation in the field of motor transport are:  

      1) creating conditions to meet the needs of the economy and the population in road transportation and other work and services;  

      2) protection of the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and legal entities, as well as the national interests of the State;  

      3) creating conditions for the competitiveness of domestic carriers in the international road transport market;  

      4) protection of the domestic road transport market;  

      5) further development of the road transport infrastructure.  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 No. 476.

      This Law regulates the relations that arise between carriers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities in the field of road transport.
