1. The collection agency registers in the contract register all debt collection agreements, assignment agreements (claims), trust management agreements and keeps records of documents accepted from creditors.:

1) debt collection agreements;

2) contracts of assignment of the right of claim, as well as documents attached to them (if any);

2-1) trust management agreements;

3) documents on the subject of the pledge (if the main obligation is secured by the pledge);

4) surety and guarantee agreements (if the main obligation is secured by a surety or guarantee);

5) calculations of the debtor's debt as of the date of assignment of the right (claim);

6) documents containing information on the measures taken by the creditor in relation to the debtor to settle overdue debts provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The information is indicated for the period from the last date of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under a bank loan agreement or a micro-loan agreement to the transfer of debt to a collection agency.;

7) copies of the debtor's constituent documents (for legal entities);

8) copies of the debtor's identity document (for individuals);

9) documents (or copies thereof) confirming the debtor's repayment of the debt;

10) documents on the sale of mortgaged property;

11) other documents, the transfer of which is provided for by a debt collection agreement, a contract of assignment of a right (claim), or a trust management agreement.

2. The registration log of contracts is maintained on paper or in electronic form.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2017 No. 62-VI.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of collection activities, establishes the specifics of the creation and operation of collection agencies, and also defines the specifics of state regulation of collection agencies and control over their activities.
