Article 10. The rights of applicants (manufacturers, suppliers, importers) in the field of safety of chemical products Chapter 3. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF APPLICANTS (MANUFACTURERS, SUPPLIERS, IMPORTERS) IN the FIELD OF SAFETY OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS of the Law On Safety of Chemical Products

      The applicant (manufacturer, supplier, importer), in accordance with the activities carried out, has the right:  

      1) participate in the development of regulatory legal acts and technical regulations in the field of chemical product safety in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;  

      2) develop production control programs for the safety of chemical products;  

      3) implement quality and safety management systems for chemical products;  

      4) to develop and approve standards of organizations that meet the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of safety of chemical products;  

      5) receive reliable information about chemicals that may have a negative impact on human life and health, and the environment;  

      6) apply to the authorized bodies for an audit of the risk assessment of chemical products.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

      This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
