When concluding a mortgage agreement, the mortgagor is obliged to notify the mortgagee of all the rights of third parties known to him at the time of mortgage registration, even if these rights are not registered in accordance with the established procedure. Failure to comply with this rule gives the mortgagee the right to demand early fulfillment of the main obligation or a change in the terms of the mortgage agreement.
