Article 102. Requirements for deputies of maslikhats of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     To be elected a deputy of the Maslikhat, a citizen must meet the requirements set out in paragraph 3 of Article 86 of the Constitution, as well as have the right to vote in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution and this Constitutional Law.
