Article 109-1. Repeated voting in the election of a deputy of the Maslikhat of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If more than two candidates for deputies of the Maslikhat were included in the ballot and none of them was elected, the district election commission appoints a repeat vote for the election of a deputy for the two candidates who received the most votes. If, as a result of the withdrawal of candidates, one candidate remains, a repeat vote on his candidacy is not held and he is considered elected.

     2. A repeat vote shall be held no later than one month in compliance with the requirements of this Constitutional Law. The repeated voting is reported in the local media.
