1. The patent owner has the right to transfer the exclusive right to an object of industrial property belonging to him to another natural or legal person under an assignment agreement.

An agreement on the transfer of an exclusive right to an object of industrial property is concluded in writing within the period of validity of this exclusive right.

2. The transfer of the exclusive right to an object of industrial property is subject to registration in the relevant state register.
