1. Advanced pre-conscription training in specialized general education educational programs is implemented in specialized educational organizations with advanced pre-conscription training.

2. The procedure for organizing and passing advanced pre-conscription training in specialized general education educational programs is determined by the rules of advanced pre-conscription training in specialized general education educational programs.

3. The creation, reorganization and liquidation of specialized educational organizations with advanced pre-conscription training are coordinated with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The procedure for appointing first managers and teachers to specialized educational organizations with advanced pre-conscription training and their dismissal from their posts, as well as their qualification characteristics, shall be coordinated with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. State certification of specialized educational organizations with advanced pre-conscription training is carried out with the participation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of military service by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the foundations of the state policy on social security for military personnel.
