1. The arrangement of the State Border is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The infrastructure of the State Border is established based on the categorization of its sections in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2013 No. 70-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
