Article 11. Certificate of a stateless person The Law on Identity Documents
1. A certificate of a stateless person is issued to stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of sixteen.
2. A certificate of a stateless person is issued for a period of validity for five years to confirm the identity of the holder in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
3. When traveling abroad without parents, guardians, or guardians, a certificate of a stateless person is issued to persons under the age of sixteen.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2013 No. 73-V.
This Law defines the legal basis of identity documents, establishes requirements for their registration, and regulates activities related to the production, issuance, replacement, delivery, seizure and destruction of identity documents.
