The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of recognition of professional qualifications:

1) issues an opinion on draft professional standards for professions, the recognition of professional qualifications for which is carried out on a voluntary basis;

2) maintains a register of accredited recognition centers on the digital platform of the National Qualifications System;

3) monitors the activities of its accredited recognition centers;

4) submits proposals to the authorized body on improving the National Qualifications System;

5) performs other functions stipulated by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
