1.Coordination of activities of state bodies on countering extremism is based on the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the current anti-terrorist center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Coordination of activities of territorial divisions of state bodies and bodies of local self-government to prevent extremism, local executive bodies of the region (cities of Republican significance, Capitals), districts (cities of regional significance) within the framework of anti-terrorist organizations commission.

Content

This law defines the legal and organizational grounds for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
