Article 11. Council on Agglomerations of the Law on the Development of Agglomerations
1. The Council on Agglomerations is an advisory body under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, established for the purpose of interdepartmental coordination of agglomerations development issues, as well as addressing issues of organizational, informational and analytical support for the development of agglomerations.
2. Decisions of the Agglomeration Council are made by a majority vote of the Agglomeration Council.
3. The procedure for the formation of the Agglomeration Council and the organization of its activities is established by the regulations on the Agglomeration Council.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 1, 2023 No. 181-VII SAM.
This Law regulates public relations aimed at creating legal and organizational conditions for the formation, development and functioning of agglomerations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
