1. A philanthropist or a charitable organization carries out charity in accordance with this Law, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. A philanthropist or a charitable organization shall keep records and provide information on charitable activities to authorized state bodies in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Law, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. A benefactor or a charitable organization that has transferred its property to the user has the right to demand from him a report on the use of this property.

4. A user who has received money from a benefactor or a charitable organization as targeted charitable assistance shall, at the request of the benefactor or the charitable organization, submit a report within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure established by the contractual relationship between the benefactor or the charitable organization and the user in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 5 of this Law.
