The sources of financing for official development assistance in the Republic of Kazakhstan are:

1) budget funds;

2) voluntary donations and contributions from individuals and legal entities;

3) income from the operator's activities;

4) other receipts not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2014 No. 263-V SAM.

This Law regulates the legal relations related to the provision of official development assistance to States cooperating with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
