Article 11. Functions of the National Chamber in the field of organization of support and development of entrepreneurship The Law On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The National Chamber in the manner prescribed by regulatory legal acts:

1) participates in the management of special economic zones;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3) carries out the analysis and generalization of corporate governance practices;

4) organizes and conducts a competition for the award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Altyn Sapa" and an exhibition competition "The best product of Kazakhstan;

5) participates in and submits an opinion to government agencies on the creation of industrial zones.

1-1. The National Chamber:

1) performs the functions of an operator of non-financial support for individuals applying to engage in entrepreneurial activity and business entities, including service support for entrepreneurs provided for in the documents of the State Planning System of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) performs the functions of the operator of the system for the development and promotion of exports of goods and services of Kazakhstani origin, provided for in the documents of the State Planning System of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) organizes the training of entrepreneurs, as well as provides them with consulting services on starting and running a business;

3-1) performs the functions of an operator in terms of organizing inspections of quarantined facilities, zones, places, production sites, free or restricted quarantine facilities and (or) alien species by representatives of the importing country.;

3-2) performs the functions of an operator in terms of organizing inspections by representatives of the importing country of production facilities engaged in animal husbandry, harvesting (slaughter), storage, processing and sale of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin, as well as organizations for the production, storage and sale of veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives in order to export the transported (transported) objects;

4) participates in the development of standards and technical regulations;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2. The National Chamber participates in the development by authorized state bodies of national fuel and energy balances, the sale and consumption of raw materials and goods in economic sectors.

3. The National Chamber creates and supports, administers and develops a single Internet portal for business entities and the Government for Business web portal.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2013 No. 129-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
