When carrying out state monitoring of property, guarantees are guaranteed:

inviolability of property;

non-interference in operational management and production and economic activities;

the inadmissibility of disrupting the current activities of monitoring facilities;

maintaining the confidentiality of data related to state secrets and (or) being the subject of legally protected secrets that became known during the survey;

compliance with other guarantees and rights provided by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
