1. The identification of terrorist activities by the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in countering terrorism is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. State bodies and organizations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are obliged to inform the bodies engaged in countering terrorism about all incidents with signs of terrorist activity.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 416.

This Law establishes the principles, purpose, legal and organizational basis for countering terrorism.
