1. Casinos, slot machine halls, bookmakers and sweepstakes (betting shops and (or) sweepstakes) are subject to placement in the Almaty region on the coast of the Kapshagai reservoir and in the Burabai district of the Akmola region, in the Mangistau region on the coast of the Caspian Sea, Panfilovsky district and on the coast of Lake Alakol of the Zhetisu region, in the Talgar district of the Almaty region. the region, the Markakol district and the Zaisan district of the East Kazakhstan region within the territories determined by local executive bodies.

The boundaries of the territories for the placement of casinos, slot machine halls, betting shops and sweepstakes (betting shops and/or sweepstakes) are determined by local executive bodies in coordination with the authorized body.

The boundaries of territories for the placement of casinos, slot machine halls, betting shops and sweepstakes (bookmaker's offices and/or sweepstakes) are changed by local executive bodies in coordination with the authorized body.

When changing the boundaries of territories to accommodate casinos, slot machine halls, bookmakers and sweepstakes (bookmaker's offices and/or sweepstakes), it is not allowed to exclude land plots from the boundaries of such territories on which gambling business organizers operate on the basis of licenses.

It is prohibited to place casinos, slot machine halls, betting shops and sweepstakes (betting shops and/or sweepstakes) on the lands of specially protected natural territories, historical and cultural purposes, for the needs of defense and national security.

2. The placement of casinos, slot machine halls, betting shops and sweepstakes (betting shops and/or sweepstakes) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the exception of the territories specified in paragraph 1 of this Article, is prohibited.

3. Casinos, slot machine halls, betting shops and betting shops (betting shops and/or betting shops) must be located in non-residential premises. It is prohibited to place them in non-residential premises of residential buildings (residential buildings), buildings of industrial enterprises and their complexes and other industrial, communal and warehouse facilities, religious buildings (structures), buildings of state bodies and institutions, educational, health, cultural organizations, airports, train stations, stations and stops of all types of public transport. and commuter services.

The gambling business organizer operating the bookmaker's office and the sweepstakes is prohibited from placing equipment outside the bookmaker's offices and (or) sweepstakes that allows betting participants to observe the development and outcome of the event on which they placed bets, as well as to provide betting participants with technical means, including communication services, to access the electronic bookmaker's offices and/or a sweepstake or information about accepted bets, paid and unpaid winnings.

4. Provision of buildings, premises or facilities for the opening of a knowingly illegal gambling establishment or organization of gambling business, as well as provision of gambling equipment, equipment for the organization and betting for the implementation (organization) of knowingly illegal gambling business is prohibited.
