Article 11. Maintaining the legal cadastre Chapter 2. The LEGAL CADASTRE of the Law on State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property
1. The legal cadastre is maintained by the registration authorities and contains information about existing and terminated rights to immovable property and other objects of registration, identification characteristics of immovable property, information about right holders, information about available requests for information from the legal cadastre.
2. The state registration of rights to immovable property is carried out by the registration authorities at the location of the object of immovable property, taking into account the identification and other characteristics of immovable property necessary for maintaining a legal cadastre.
3. All entries in the legal cadastre are kept for each real estate object and related objects. Real estate objects are identified by a cadastral number.
All records on the state registration of rights (encumbrances of rights) to immovable property, rights to objects equated to real estate are entered by the registering authority into the information system of the legal cadastre.
The unified information system of the legal cadastre is formed by the authorized body.
The procedure for maintaining and using the legal cadastre information system is determined by the authorized body.
4. The procedure for interaction of state bodies on the exchange of information for the purposes of maintaining legal and other cadastres is determined by the authorized body.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.
This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
