1. Minimum social standards in the sphere of work ensure the realization of social guarantees and social rights to:

1) payment of labor;

2) the length of working hours and rest time.

2. The minimum social standards in the field of work are:

1) the minimum social standard "Minimum monthly wage";

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/23/2015 No. 415-V (effective from 01.01.2016);

3) minimum social standard "Duration of daily work (work shift)";

4) the minimum social standard is "Basic paid annual work leave."

3. Minimum social standards in the sphere of work are established and applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
