The applicant (manufacturer, supplier, importer), in accordance with the activities carried out, is obliged to:

1) ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of safety of chemical products;

2) ensure production control over the safety of chemical products at the stages of their life cycle;

3) inform the authorized bodies about the identified inconsistencies of chemical products and their life cycle processes with the requirements of this Law and technical regulations in the field of chemical product safety;

4) terminate one or more life cycle processes of chemical products that do not meet the safety requirements established by this Law and technical regulations.;

5) provide reliable information on the safety of chemical products to consumers and authorized bodies upon their request;

6) provide the authorized bodies with the information necessary for carrying out state control: safety data sheet for chemical products, certificate of registration, certificate of conformity or declaration, other documents and information of a technical nature (in case of an unscheduled inspection);

7) carry out mandatory risk assessment of chemical products (determination of harmful effects of chemicals capable of harming human life and health and the environment, the scope of their harmful effects).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
