1. Officials of the department and its territorial subdivisions with phytosanitary control posts, who directly carry out state quarantine phytosanitary control and supervision, are provided with uniforms (without shoulder straps), material means, and technical means for photo and video recording.

The list of officials entitled to wear uniforms (without shoulder straps), samples of uniforms (without shoulder straps) and the order of wearing are determined by the authorized body.

The natural standards for providing uniforms (without shoulder straps), as well as material and technical means for photo and video recording, are approved by the authorized body in coordination with the central authorized body for budget planning.

2. Officials carrying out state quarantine phytosanitary control and supervision have the right to compensation for damage caused to their life and health in accordance with the procedure established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 11, 1999 No. 344.

This Law defines the legal basis, goals, objectives and principles of plant quarantine measures, which are an integral part of the national security system, on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
