Article 11. Powers of the President of the Republic in relation to the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Law on the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

      The President of the Republic:

     1) appoints the Chairman of the Constitutional Court with the consent of the Senate of Parliament and four judges of the Constitutional Court, in accordance with the constitutional law, has the right to prematurely dismiss them from office.;

     1-1) appoints the Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court on the proposal of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court from among the judges of the Constitutional Court;

     2) in cases stipulated by subitems 10-1) of Articles 44 and 72 of the Constitution of the Republic, apply to the Constitutional Court.

     3) excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/15/2017 No. 75-VI (effective from the date of its first official publication).

     This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal status of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
