1. The qualification examination of judicial candidates to determine their level of knowledge and ability to apply it in practice is conducted by the Qualification Commission under the Council (hereinafter referred to as the Commission).

2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03/27/2023 No. 216-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2-1. The procedure for forming the Commission, as well as for holding its meetings, is determined by the rules of procedure of the Council.

4. Persons recommended to the Commission must have professional knowledge in the field of jurisprudence, work experience in the legal profession for at least ten years and have an impeccable reputation.

5. The Chairman and members of the Commission are not entitled to participate in the meeting when considering issues related to spouses, close relatives or relatives.

6. The Council's staff provides support for the Commission's activities.
