Article 11. Register of self-regulating organizations The Law on Self-Regulation
1. The Register of self–regulating organizations is a list of self-regulating organizations containing information about their banking details, their types of activities, and their branches, formed on the basis of notifications submitted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".
2. In order to exercise their powers, state bodies are required to receive information about self-regulatory organizations from state bodies receiving notifications without additional confirmation of the specified information from them.
3. Information about self-regulatory organizations is provided in the form of an electronic certificate to interested persons and government agencies for use in their work.

This Law regulates public relations related to the self-regulation of business and professional entities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the conditions for the establishment and functioning of self-regulatory organizations, membership (participation) in them and their legal status.
