1. During the production and turnover of biofuels, it is prohibited:

1) to use food raw materials for subsequent processing into biofuels in an amount exceeding the quota established by the authorized body in the field of biofuel production;

2) use wheat of grades 1 and 2 as food raw materials;

3) to carry out the sale of biofuels that do not correspond to the composition;

4) to produce turnover of non-denatured bioethanol, except in cases of its supply to a biofuel production plant or an oil refinery for supply to an enterprise producing fuel components, octane-enhancing additives, fuel additives, esters or for processing into other types of biofuels;

5) to produce and carry out the turnover of alcoholic beverages;

6) to accept for processing raw materials that are a genetically modified source (object) or contain genetically modified sources (objects) without scientifically substantiated confirmation of their safety and carrying out their state registration;

7) to produce biofuels by two or more biofuel producers at the same biofuel production plant;

8) to produce biofuels without a production passport, control devices for measuring biofuel production volumes or during their malfunction;

9) sell biofuels to persons who do not produce biofuels and (or) compound petroleum products, and (or) manufacture chemical products and related industries, with the exception of exporting biofuels, subject to the availability of relevant documents, unless otherwise provided by this Law;

10) release the produced biofuels for storage to persons who are not participants in the biofuel market and manufacturers of chemical and related industries, with the exception of biofuel exports, if appropriate documents are available;

11) to sell biofuels without issuing accompanying invoices for goods.

2. It is prohibited to store biofuels by persons who do not produce biofuels and (or) compound petroleum products, and (or) manufacture chemical products and related industries, with the exception of exporting biofuels if appropriate documents are available.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
