The notary's license is revoked by a court decision on the claim of the prosecutor's office, or the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or the Republican Notary Chamber in the following cases::

1) (excluded)

2) repeated violations of the Notary's Code of Ethics by a private notary;

3) repeated violations by the notary of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when performing notarial acts or violations of legislation that caused damage to the interests of the state, individuals and legal entities;

4) failure to eliminate the reasons why the license was suspended;

5) establishing the fact that the notary provided false or intentionally distorted information in the documents that were the basis for issuing the license;

5-1) establishing the fact of using the notary's seal and signing the notarial act for the notary by the notary's assistant and (or) trainee;

6) three-time suspension of the license, except for the cases specified in paragraph 2-1 of Article 10 of this Law;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 No. 516-IV (effective 10 calendar days after its first official publication);
