The revocation of a notary's license is carried out by a court decision at the request of the prosecutor's office, or an authorized body, or the Republican Notary Chamber in the following cases::

1) (excluded)

2) repeated (two or more times) violations of the Notary's Code of Ethics by a private notary;

3) repeated (two or more times) violations by a notary of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when performing notarial acts;

3-1) violations by the notary of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which caused damage to the interests of the state, individuals and legal entities;

4) failure to eliminate the reasons why the license was suspended;

5) establishing the fact that the notary provided false or intentionally distorted information in the documents that were the basis for issuing the license;

5-2) establishing the fact of illegal transfer of the private key of an electronic digital signature by a notary to other persons;

5-1) establishing the fact of using the notary's seal and signing the notarial act for the notary by the notary's assistant and (or) trainee;

6) three-time suspension of the license, except for the cases specified in paragraph 2-1 of Article 10 of this Law;

7) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 No. 516-IV (effective 10 calendar days after its first official publication);

8) the notary carries out professional activities without notifying the territorial body of justice.

9) repeated (two or more times) violations by the notary of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection.
