1. Individuals have the right to use various symbols and other means of public expression of individual opinion, which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during spectacular cultural events.

2. Individuals are required to:

1) comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of culture;

2) take care of the preservation of cultural values;

3) respect the national culture, customs, traditions of the Kazakh people and ethnic groups, the state language and other languages;

4) to observe public order in places where spectacular cultural events and other cultural events are held;

5) not to allow actions that provoke a violation of public order, not to take illegal actions that create danger to others in places where spectacular cultural events are held.

3. Individuals are prohibited from:

1) to bring alcoholic beverages, products in metal and glass containers, pyrotechnic products and other objects into the venues of spectacular cultural events, the use of which may pose a threat to human life and health or cause material damage to individuals and legal entities;

2) to throw any objects that pose a threat to human life and health onto stages, arenas, stages, orchestra pits, as well as into places where spectators are located during spectacular cultural events;

3) voluntarily leave the boundaries of fences and cordons, turnstiles during spectacular cultural events;

4) use posters, emblems, banners and other visual objects aimed at inciting social, racial, national, religious, class and clan discord, as well as infringing on the rights of individuals during spectacular cultural events.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2006 No. 207.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of creation, revival, preservation, development, dissemination and use of culture in the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of state policy in the field of culture.
