1. The pasture user has the right:

1) participate in the development of a Pasture Management and Use Plan;

2) participate in meetings and gatherings of the local community on the provision and use of pastures in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to carry out haymaking for the purpose of forage harvesting in cases when the productivity of pastures exceeds the need for feed for grazed farm animals, while observing the maximum permissible load standards on the total area of pastures.;

4) exercise other rights provided for by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The pasture user is obliged to:

1) rationally use pastures for their intended purpose in accordance with the conditions of pasture provision;

2) observe the patterns of pasture turnover;

3) comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine and fire safety requirements;

4) not to violate the rights of other pasture users;

5) perform other duties stipulated by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to the rational use of pastures and is aimed at preventing the degradation of pastures and improving the condition of pasture infrastructure facilities.
