Article 11. Rules for the storage and Sale of ethyl alcohol Article of the Law On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products
1. The sale of ethyl alcohol is allowed in accordance with the rules approved by the authorized body.:
1) organizations that manufacture medicines and medical devices and state healthcare organizations that have a license for the relevant type of activity, as well as those that have notified them of the start of their activities, in accordance with the established procedure within the allocated quotas;
2) producers of alcoholic beverages, for the production of which ethyl alcohol is used;
3) organizations that use ethyl alcohol for technical purposes, for laboratory needs, or in the production of non-alcoholic products.
1-1. The sale of confiscated ethyl alcohol is allowed only to producers of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
2. Storage and sale of ethyl alcohol is carried out only if there is a license for the production of ethyl alcohol from the manufacturer's warehouses.
3. Retail sale of ethyl alcohol is not allowed, except for the sale of ethyl alcohol in pharmacies licensed for the relevant type of activity.
4. Storage of ethyl alcohol is carried out in accordance with the rules approved by the authorized body.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 1999 No. 429.
This Law regulates relations arising in the process of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, state regulation and implementation of activities of subjects of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.
