1. Artificial intelligence systems should be created and operated in compliance with safety and reliability requirements, eliminating the possibility of unforeseen consequences or abuse.

2. The results of the activity of artificial intelligence systems must comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. In order to prevent potential threats, owners and owners of artificial intelligence systems are required to manage the risks of artificial intelligence systems and take measures to eliminate such threats.
