State control over the production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products is carried out in the form of inspection and preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2011 No. 463-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of certain types of petroleum products: gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel, fuel oil, road bitumen.
