Points of the state geodetic networks, state leveling networks, state gravimetric networks, geodetic and cartographic products, as well as hydrographic, aerospace and gravimetric materials and data obtained as a result of geodetic and cartographic activities carried out at the expense of budgetary funds, are the state property of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
