Article 11. Submission and processing of user complaints The Law on Online Platforms and Online Advertising
1. The user has the right to file a complaint to the owner of the online platform about the content, interface, other users, and actions of the online platform.
2. The mechanism and rules for filing a complaint by the user are determined by the owner of the online platform.
The complaint mechanism should be accessible to the user and provide for the possibility of describing the content of the complaint.
3. The owner of the online platform is obliged to provide a reasoned response to the user who filed the complaint within twenty calendar days from the day following the day of receipt of the complaint.
This Law regulates public relations related to online platforms operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as public relations arising in the process of production, placement, distribution and storage of online advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
