A credit partnership must have an audit commission (auditor).

The chairman and members of the management Board of the credit partnership, the credit committee, their family members and close relatives may not be members of the audit commission.

The powers of the audit commission (auditor), in addition to issues stipulated by other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, include:

1) determining the compliance of actions and operations performed by the credit partnership, its bodies and officials with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the credit partnership by conducting periodic scheduled and unscheduled inspections;

2) making recommendations to the general meeting of the members of the credit partnership and the management board on improving the activities of the credit partnership.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2003 N 400.

This Law defines the legal status, the procedure for the creation, reorganization and liquidation, as well as the regulation of the activities of credit partnerships.
