Article 11. The Central Election Commission of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Central Election Commission heads the unified system of election commissions of the Republic and is a permanent body.
2. The Central Election Commission consists of the Chairman and six members of the commission.
The Deputy Chairman and Secretary of the Central Election Commission are elected at a meeting of the commission.
3. Excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06/19/2007 No. 268.
4. The Central Election Commission has its own staff.
4-1. The Central Election Commission has subordinate organizations whose functions include facilitating the organizational activities of territorial election commissions and ensuring the creation, development, implementation, maintenance, administration, operation and system maintenance of information and communication infrastructure facilities, an Internet resource, logistical support, as well as the organization, coordination and provision of work in the field of improving the legal culture of voters, training of election organizers and other participants in the electoral process.
5. The expenses for the maintenance of the Central Election Commission and its staff are financed from the republican budget.
