Article 11. The powers of the authorized state body to exercise the right to dispose of the republican property of the Law On Concessions - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan | Kyrgyz Republic Zanymen alynyp tastaldy.

Article 11. The powers of the authorized state body to exercise the right to dispose of the republican property of the Law On Concessions - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan | Kyrgyz Republic Zanymen alynyp tastaldy.

Authorized state body for exercising the right to dispose of republican property:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2017 No. 112-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

2) maintains a register of concluded concession agreements for concession facilities related to republican ownership;

3) carries out monitoring of concession agreements on concession facilities belonging to republican ownership, within the limits of its competence, and sends the monitoring results to the authorized body for state planning;

4) approves concession projects in the case provided for by the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) accepts objects created on the basis of concession agreements into republican ownership;

6) determines the procedure for the admission of concession facilities into state ownership;

7) performs other functions stipulated by this Law, other laws, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 7, 2006 No. 167.

This Law defines the legal conditions of the concession, the types of state support for the concessionaire, and regulates public relations arising in the process of concluding, executing, and terminating concession agreements.
