The consumer has the right to ensure that the product (work, service), under the established conditions of its use, storage, transportation and disposal, is safe for the life, health and (or) property of the consumer, and the environment. The requirements that must ensure the safety of goods (work, services) are mandatory and are established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of consumer protection, as well as measures to provide consumers with safe and high-quality goods (works, services).
