1. A citizen or a legal entity may have a legally acquired dwelling in private ownership, regardless of its location in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise provided by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The number and size of dwellings owned by a single citizen or a legal entity are not limited.

3. Relations related to the acquisition or exercise of ownership of housing are also regulated by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
