In order to ensure the chemical safety of toys, the following requirements are established::

1) toys must be designed and manufactured in such a way that, when used, the risk of harm to human life and health due to exposure to chemicals on his body is eliminated.;

2) the release of harmful chemicals from toys and accumulation in contact with toys in the human body should not exceed the permissible levels established in the technical regulations on toy safety.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
