1. In order to systematize and record films on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorized body maintains a unified automated digital monitoring system for films.

2. An organization engaged in film screening activities keeps records and provides information on films to a Single automated digital film Monitoring System.

3. The Unified Automated Digital Film Monitoring System is maintained in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

This Law regulates public relations and defines the legal, economic and organizational foundations of the field of cinematography.
